Nancy C. Adelis is President of Adelis Development Systems, a performance based consulting firm. She specializes in improving productivity through business-driven human resource initiatives.
In addition, as an Associate of HRD Press, Adelis Development Systems offers a complete process for building managerial competency, a "must" in a quality-driven environment.
Her firm serves a variety of global clients including AT&T, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, Mail Contractors of America, Northfield Savings Bank, NYC Health and Hospital Corp. and TNT Express. For Government, she has worked with the Dept. of the Army. She also conducts business internationally and is fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Adelis has served as an instructor for the Management Institute of the School of Business Administration of Rowan State College. She has presented at National ASTD and Regional SHRM Conferences.
Prior to founding Adelis Development Systems in 1991, Ms. Adelis was the Director of Human Resources for PA Consulting Group, and held similar positions with Hoffmann-LaRoche, RCA, and the US Office of Personnel Management. She has more than twenty years experience in performance based consulting.
Ms. Adelis is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources and holds a Masters Degree from New York University. She is an active member of the Society for HR Management and the American Society for Training & Development, and has been selected by the Who’s Who of American Executive Women.
Ms. Elyakin comes to Adelis Development Systems directly from the corporate headquarters of Training House, where she served in a variety of capacities for more than thirteen years. In her role there, she supervised the finance and production departments, while assisting the field Associates in managing their client base. As a result, she is the resident expert on many of the Training House / HRD Press Products and services.

In her capacity with Adelis Development Systems, Ms. Elyakin services the clients whose special needs stem from the Training House product. She also conducts and scores the Managerial Assessment of Proficiency.
Ms. Elyakin holds a Bachelor's Degree from Brooklyn College and has over 16 years experience in the training field. Her efforts enabled Adelis Development Systems to be named Number #1 Sales / Consulting Organization for 2001 and 2002 by Training House / HRD Press.
Julia Poulos is an Associate of Adelis Development Systems, specializing in effective speaking workshops, management development seminars, and professional coaching.
For over fifteen years, Ms Poulos has trained thousands of people in the corporate, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Among the organizations she has conducted seminars for are American Cyanamid, A T & T, Wyeth-Ayerst, Upjohn, R.R. Donnelly, Mutual of New York, Crozer Medical Center, Pfizer, Corning Besselaar Associates, Clover Department Stores, and the Girl Scouts of America.
At Merrill Lynch, as Senior Management Development Consultant, Ms. Poulos pioneered innovative management development programs for national and international operations managers. One of Ms. Poulos’ greatest accomplishments was the development of the Certified Public Management Program for the state of New Jersey. This is a 90-hour management development program, that has trained over 12,000 middle managers.
After completing a BA in Communications and Theatre Arts, Ms. Poulos returned to the East Coast to do graduate work in Theatre Arts at Penn State University.
Ms. Poulos holds additional credentials in business management and human resources from Blessing White, DDI, and Psychological Associates. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
Stephanie M. Scotti, an Associate with Adelis Development Systems, is a New Jersey based human resource and communications consultant. She specializes in improving performance through practical, results-driven interventions.
With over twenty five years of both public and private sector experience, her current consulting experience includes Beneficial Finance, Coopers & Lybrand, PSE&G, Frigidaire, International Paper, Lucent Technologies, AT&T, Shell Chemical Company, Williams/Gerard Productions and Leadership Development, Inc. Her services include:
- designing and producing business-to-business multi-media communication campaigns,
- designing and administering feedback/measurement systems,
- designing and implementing learning and organizational development interventions,
- managing large scale client interfaces to successful closure, and
- designing and managing high level business strategies that achieve organizational goals.
Prior to her consulting position, Ms. Scotti was a Creative Director for a major performance improvement company and an internal consultant on performance and quality issues. She has more than 20 years experience in Training and Organizational Development.
Ms. Scotti holds a Masters Degree from Florida State University in organizational communications and management. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and was selected by the Who’s Who of American Women.
