Design and facilitation of organization wide meeting to identify a new business structure, gain commitment, identify and reduce hindrances and develop an implementation / communication plan for the merging of Staffing and Classification into Customer Focused Teams

Functional and cross-functional team development workshops for Director’s Staff, Divisional Staff, 10 Customer Focused Teams and Information Systems. Involved over 180 employees.

Functional team development system for newly established HR Business Unit. Included Vision, Mission establishment, Business Council formation, group problem solving and decision making methods.
