Cross Cultural Selling: Dealing with the International Client

OBJECTIVES:

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

· understand and explain the cultural differences of international clients,
· identify and explain appropriate tips and techniques necessary for successful business negotiation with  
  international clients,
· develop appropriate strategies for communicating with these clients.

LENGTH: Half day for each specific culture. Sessions will run based on the volume of registration for watch different multi-cultural class.

AUDIENCE: Any employee faced with the challenge of communicating and negotiating with international clients.
