Setting Directional Sights

BACKGROUND

New organizations focus on getting the "job done right"; they rarely stop long enough to reflect on whether they are "doing the right job". This workshop invites attendees to identify the key reasons for being in business, the nature of the work, and the principles that the organization will support in the future. The very nature of these activities forces focused thinking while engaging the team building process.
