OBJECTIVES:
At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

work force managers,
· identify their own strengths/weaknesses in dealing with
diversity in potential leaders,
· discuss the barriers to career advancement: membership,
stereotypes, real differences, power and
opportunity,
· use effective communication, conflict management, and

in leaders,
· understand various cultural and gender differences that
may impact working in a diverse environment.
