OBJECTIVES:

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

· recognize the impact of communication styles on interdepartmental cooperation,
· more openly communicate about cross-function problems,
· develop a higher trust level between cross-functional team members through the use of conflict    
  management,
· participate and collaborate more effectively to achieve the West Point mission.
