OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of this program, you will be able to:

· recognize the value of effective selection processes
when dealing with government auditing agencies,
· identify the best selection system for a particular job
opening,
· develop "skill lists" that fit the requirements
of an open position,
· explain and conduct a lawful interview to obtain the
information necessary to make the best selection decision,
· describe and set up an effective decision making process
that is defensible and based on actual behavioral information
