Productivity and Performance Measurement

OBJECTIVES:

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

· identify different measurement tools
· design a variety of measurement tools (survey, focus group, questionnaire, etc.)
· select measurement tools appropriate for the project
· design performance measures that are SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, results oriented, and time bound)
· design performance measures that target customer satisfaction (faster, better, cheaper)
· identify mechanisms to ascertain customer expectations
· identify mechanisms to ascertain customer satisfaction levels
