Telephone and Client Interface Training Program

OBJECTIVES:

At the conclusion of this module, employees will be able to:

· identify their interactive client service skills,
· demonstrate appropriate attitude,
· communicate in a courteous and professional manner,
· use voice mail etiquette, and
· use effective listening skills.
